We provide free delivery for all orders inside Australia.

Handling Time

Order handling time: 0–1 day. Monday to Friday

The processing and handling time indicates the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. During this step, our professional crew examines your purchase, performs quality checks, and guarantees secure packaging before shipment.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order in our system. Please keep in mind that our processing and handling times normally range between 0 and 1 day after the order is placed and payment is verified. Monday to Friday

The order cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. (AEST), Australian Eastern Standard Time. 

Transit Time

Free shipping Australia-wide. The delivery time ranges from 2 to 6 business days, depending on weather and location.

We aim to ship all orders received by the cut-off time on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm (AEST), on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the next business day. Monday to Friday

Which carriers do you ship with?

We generally use trustworthy shipping services like Australia Post. The shipment time is the estimated time it will take for your goods to travel from our warehouse to the place you have chosen. They are only shipping to Australia.

 

Tracking Your Order
To verify the status of your purchase, please allow 2–5 business days following shipment. To see the progress of your order, please visit our "Track Order" page in the bottom and input your details. Please be aware that tracking information in our system may take up to one business day to update. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact us at contact@ylollmi.au, and we will assist you as soon as possible

Address Corrections
If you provided an inaccurate delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update the address. We cannot guarantee address changes beyond 24 hours, since your item may have already been processed and packed for shipment. If you want an address correction, please email us immediately at contact@mylolli.au.
